Today on Small Changes Big Shifts I will be speaking with my good friends Raz Ingrasci from the Hoffman Process and Frank Ferrante of MAY I BE FRANK.

RazI-2The Hoffman Process is a week-long personal-growth retreat that helps participants identify negative behaviors, moods, and ways of thinking that developed unconsciously and were conditioned in childhood.

The Process helps people learn to remove habitual ways of thinking and behaving and respond to situations in their life from a place of conscious choice.

I completed their 7-day program in 1997. It was one of the hardest journeys of my life. But it was also one of the best things I have ever done. The program helped me clean out my heart to make space for more love. Ultimately it helped me discover my true self and live with more compassion.

FrankFToday I will also be talking with Frank Ferrante. If you are looking for a story about a “real person” transforming their life, and you aren’t familiar with Frank you must listen to this episode. Frank received his GED at 51. He lost over 100 pounds, healed old patterns and became sober. You can read more about his story here.

Today he continues to uncover, discover and discard emotions and old patterns that no longer serve him. He continues to Feng Shui his soul so he can fall in love over and over again.

You can listen and subscribe over on iTunes, so you never miss an episode. Also, we would really appreciate a review! When you review our show it helps other folks find us. Thank you for your support.
